For those interested in the Bracket Big Board methodology, please read the overarching premise here. Keep in mind, this isn't MY personal power rank, but rather what I believe the Committee's is. 

Also, if you're curious about potential opening round matchups, just pair the top team in each seed range with the bottom team in the correlating seed range (e.g. top No. 2 seed vs. bottom No.15 seed).
