Canucks vs. Oilers Game 4 prediction and prop bets: Connor McDavid’s revenge?

Here are the best bets for Tuesday’s NHL playoff games.

Brandon Montour OVER 2.5 shots on goal vs. Bruins (-130, BetMGM)

Brandon Velaski — Montour has hit this number in four of his last five playoff games after not hitting it in his first four. He’s one of the more active defensemen on the Florida roster, and I expect the Panthers to try and finish off Boston at home so they don’t have to head back to Beantown for a Game 6.

SGP: Oilers ML vs. Canucks, OVER 5.5 total goals (+130, BetMGM)

Lou Saccomando — I need a win in the worst way. The postseason has not been kind on my end, and I apologize for that. All three of the games in this series have been way over this total, and I don’t see how it doesn’t happen again Tuesday. The Oilers got a huge road win in Game 2, and Game 3 was similar to Game 1 when the Canucks outplayed Edmonton. However, this is THE season for Connor McDavid and the Oilers. They are at home for Game 4 and are very upset by how they played in Game 3 and how it ended when McDavid got cross-checked in the face. Edmonton gets revenge in a big way with the victory, but goals will be scored with questions in net for the Oilers.

NHL postseason record: 5-13, -9.55 units
